I am trying to get the intersection curve between the conic z=2(1-0.25x)y-y^2 + 2(1-0.25y)x-x^2 and the surface 0.64 = 2(1-0.25y)x-x^2. Can you help me?

IntersectConic( <Quadric>, <Quadric> )Returns a conic defined in case where the intersection is actually a conic. (it is not the case)
what solution you want? the implicit equations of your curve is the set of two equations. if you want a parametric curve you need parametrics equations. perhaps your quadrics in parametrics form solve your query in CAS
if you want only to see the curve I do it in attached
in this case you can do a locus() calculating z in each point
