hello, how can add a hyper link to allow user to click on text and open a new window? Ex: @michelreed on my geogebra to send a user to my twitter account. thanks for any direction

Why is this question marked answered? This and any other question about creating hyperlinks are ignored for 6+ years... I still can't find a way to create a hyperlink in a textbox.
