relative to position of x(A) in screen

0 = at left of screen


1= at right of screen

0.5 at center of screen

if the point is not in function the result is undefined

a zoom let you to see the result

That's not really what freehand() is for. Try defining it like this:


If(-7 ≤ x ≤ -1, x / 2 + 2.5, -1 ≤ x ≤ 3, 2, 3 ≤ x ≤ 5, 5 - x, ∞)

If you want the point to always be on the curve then wrap it as

Function(f, -7, 5)
