I have no idea what is a triskel and certainly not what is a triskèll.
But : a curve could be split as in the appendix.
Principle: Direct input of a parameterized curve and the path parameter is converted to a t-range.
I suspect that this method is not always possible. It is possible that with CAS there are generally valid variants.
