How to plot a Vector equation

The problem states to sketch the curve with the vector equation:
I inputted the curve notation but it still doesn't graph this < 1, cos t, 2 sin t>, there an error for the cosine/sine
Could someone assist me with this? Thank you

Arguments of functions need to be enclosed in brackets.
Maybe the command you need is something like:

All the symbols <...> that you see in the syntax of a command are meant as placeholders for the described argument, and must not be typed in the command that defines the curve.
