How to make a titration function? Spline doesn't work!

I want to make a spline that is a function.
This one has 2 of the same y value wich is not good.

I'm not a chemist but I think/remember, that Titration curves should look like
t(x)= a/(b+exp(-x+c)) or t(x)=a/(1+exp(-x+b))+c
and not like polynoms.
The meaning of the parameters should a chemist know.

Even a spline will show strong oscillations
Perhaps you can do it piecewise (with 3 Points) as ggb do and union the functions by hand
