How to make a fixed line , box , and table for text ?

How can make fixed line , box and table for text writing not a geometric construction because it make trouble like rotating , zooming etc..

I'm not sure I've understood your question.

Right click on the object, then select Lock object, or on the text Properties panel of the text, select Fix object.

You can also use Layers to put your object "over" the construction. (Right click -> Settings ->Advanced)

Thanks Simona Riva for your reply. Firstly how can i make proper table with adjustable length . So i write text freely and can make column and rows . Like attachment below.

Also "Pin to Screen" will help with zoom/pan

Pls see attached . I want to make a table in which i want write a text. but i am not able to make a table . If i set y=2 , y=4 and ray for grid. After save and reopen the file all lines become out of page, also line are proper align like table. I also used this command ZoomIn[x(Corner[1]),y(Corner[1]),x(Corner[3]),y(Corner[3])] , but same problems for lines and table
