How to connect position of Text with line and vector?

Dynamic Text can be connect with point . but how to connect it with vector and line. Also how to define the text position when it connect with vector / line at the top, bottom or middle.

As line or vector move the text also move with it.

Thanks rami. Pls explain meaning of Point(v,2) in position. It is fixed syntax or it can be changed.

Point(v,2) is wrong!!

I mean Point(v,1) the value 1 is the pathparameter on v (from point A=0 until the end of vector=1)
