How do I copy contents from two different ggb files into one?

Hi All,
I tried to copy and paste the contents of one GeoGebra file into another but it did not transfer the contents to the file. Can someone please explain how I can create a new GeoGebra file and have the contents of two other files in it because this will save me a lot of time to be creating a new one instead
