How can I zoom only the x axis letting the y axis fixed? At best would be if I could to this with Ctrl+ MouseWheel (instead of normal zooming).

You can set the axes proportion by right clicking in an empty spot of the Graphics View and using the options shown in the context menu, or just select the Move the Graphics View tool and drag the y axis to set it at your preferred scale.

or just drag the y axis with Shift to set it at your preferred scale.
