Hide part of x-axis

Hi,

Is it possible to only show the x-axis from 0 to 10? I'm making a excercise where you should mark a percentage of a grid and want to hide everything above 10. In the attached image you see a 10 x 10 yelllow polygon, the x- and y-axis should stop where the polygon ends. Is this possible in geogebra?

Hi,

- for the "grid" you can use sequences :

Zip({Segment((k, 0), (k, 10)), Segment((0, k), (10, k))}, k, 1…10)
- for the positive part : Preferences>Graphics>xAxis>Positive direction only and the same for yAxis

Thanks för your reply. I realized it was easier to skip the axis and use snap to grid for the plugin.

It's possible to show always only the part of plane you want by defining some (fixed) points that are the boundaries of the portion of plane you want to show.

See my file. I've created the points that define the square with side 10, then have a look at the settings for xMin, xMax, yMin and yMax of Graphics view. Hope this is what you meant with your request.

(You may want to hide the points, after settings)
