Help button for the Attach / Detach Point Tool Does not work

When one selects the the "Attach / Detach Point Tool in the geometry web-app and clicks on help, it opens a new tab to "https://wiki.geogebra.org/e...; which results in a 500 error. The correct URL should be "https://wiki.geogebra.org/e...;
Going to "https://wiki.geogebra.org/e...; in Firefox does not show the 404 error page. Not been tested in any other browsers

Note for the Web Team:
In my board I don't see any reported changes at that page of the wiki, but it doesn't work in Italian, also.(https://wiki.geogebra.org/i...) I see a blank page if I want to access it by a direct search in the wiki, as well as by selecting the Help in the apps/Classic.
