Not a Problem
The symbol menu offered when writing into a text box des offer the greek letter
nu, but when typing into an object label or caption, the greek menu offered lacks the nu!
Please can we have it back, as it's a real pain trying to remember not to use it when doing hand-drawn diagrams which will end up in Geogebra.

It's available in the full Greek keyboard
You can use LaTeX in captions, so just type
$\nu$
to get a nice nu in your caption.
For example, the "α" symbol using the latex language is $/alpha$.
