Zeichnet GeoGebra die Funktion Ableitung(|x|), so entsteht bei manchen Zoomfaktoren, etwa dem Default-Zoomfaktor, eine Verbindungslinie bei 0, was mathematisch nicht korrekt ist:

I am not able to replicate your issue in GeoGebra Classic v. 6 (Installed - Windows10), both creating the function in Algebra View and in CAS view.
In the online Graphing Calculator I can see it.
