Have you tried to download the file and check the settings for the appearing sliders?
To download the file, click on the three dots (hamburger) on the top bar and select Download to get the original file in your device. Open it, and check in Algebra View the properties /scripting of the objects by right clicking on each of them to access their Properties context menu.

To get a quick help about the currently selected tool or command, press the F1 key of your keyboard.
The displayed dialog window allows you to access our wiki (online) that contains detailed info and examples about each object, command and tool in GeoGebra.
