getter for "fixed" and "selection allowed"

Here is a very primitive, crude attempt at modal window.

It would be very helpful, to have a ggbApplet.getObject(s)State(String, name), returning an array of triples String "name",Boolean fixed, Boolean selection allowed.

Any chances? Any workarounds? Ultimately, given source for a setter, how difficult it is to rewrite it into a getter?

Not easy, but with the XML commands this should be possible (if I understood the question correctly).

But for my self I prefer GGB-Commands and events. And I prefer to use GGB as it is and not reinvent it.

What you mean with setter and getter (in the internet I found no dog for getter)

Isn't XML extraction (getXML) and reimplementation (evaluateXML) just an (easy but cumbersome) workaround? Isn't GeoGebra supposed to have these getter internally (I can not imagine it working otherwise). There is no "reinvention" involved, then.

yes, it is an easy and cumbersome workaround.

Kein getter, aber vieleicht hilfreich um XML etwas einfacher auszulesen.

Die Darstellung der Beispiele ist in ggb 5 OK. Aber in ggb 6 (immer noch) zerrissen.

Not a getter, but maybe helpful to read XML a bit easier.

The presentation of the examples is OK in ggb 5. But in ggb 6 (still) broken.

(In the case of poor English, the German language will be used.)
