If you mean that you can't find the icon to start GeoGebra 6 classic, please see this thread

In case you are not able to run GeoGebra locally, as a workaround you can use the online versions:
http://www.geogebra.org/classic
http://www.geogebra.org/graphing
http://www.geogebra.org/geometry
Also please note that to open a file in GeoGebra 6 you need to select File->Open in th main manu of GeoGebra (double clicking on the filename isn't currently working)
