Bonjour,

Je ne sais quel traducteur français appelle "Projecteur" un "Surligneur"

When we started translating Notes, the beta wasn’t already available for translators. Probably some old term, without the interface to cross check, got lost in translation.

I don’t know who is the current French translator, Noel, so I’m looping this to the Support Team

Thank you and take care :)

Soon the tutorials will be ready in all the main languages.

The user interface is already available in many languages, French included. But it’s very intuitive to use! Basically you just select a tool and create the corresponding object. You can write with a pen or use an highlighter, and this is very useful on interactive whiteboards.

The Media menu allows you to add videos, live videos, pics, sounds, pdf files, the GeoGebra Graphing Calculator, as well as Graspable Math.

Try it! I think that the current usual users of the forum won’t have any difficulties using it, even without a tutorial!

I know that there’s a problem with the visualization of the text box, whose selection rectangle is shown shifted downwards, but they are solving it.

Have you tried enlarging the selection rectangle? Use the little dots in the corners of the rectangle surrounding the text, that act as handles. If you make the box bigger, it should allow you to enter more lines of text.

I currently can’t do it with the iPad, and don’t know if it depends on the device or a bug in the text tool.

Nice tan, Noel!

No holidays for me - again! So I keep showing a nice city-grey skin complexion :)

I've run into some limitations using the program with my IWB to teach my Geometry class. The graphing function is severely limited in the geometric construction department. I couldn't build a movable parallelogram to demonstrate its properties without a parallel line function.

This could be circumvented by providing the ability to insert viewable versions of previously created GeoGebra files into the Notes program. That way, I could make whatever I need with the full program and insert it into the rest of my lesson, without having to stop and switch windows / programs.
