Geogebra not working on Chromebooks offline

This problem has already been addressed some months ago but it hasn't received satisfactory responses.

I am using GeoGebra from my Acer Chromebook 14 and it works just fine. However, since it is a web-based app, I can not launch it if I am not connected to the internet. If I try to do so, the browser simply tells me that the page can not be reached. This is understandable due to GeoGebra being a webapp, but its page on the Chrome Web Store clearly states that the app "works offline". Am I doing something wrong? Can GeoGebra be launched while offline? If not, why does the Store page state otherwise?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Hi, GeoGebra is using some Service Worker API to store an offline copy so that once you run it online, you should be always able to run it offline afterwards. It seems that there is some problem with this functionality, we will check.

Update: I've just tried launching GeoGebra offline again, and this time it worked. I've tested this multiple times, repeatedly switching online/offline, rebooting the Chromebook, and it seems to work properly. Still, I don't know how reliable the program is. I'll keep trying under different conditions in the next days.

I tried again today. The app worked offline only if it had already been launched while online; this is true even after rebooting the Chromebook. However, if I don't open GeoGebra after a cold start and then lose connection, the "site can't be reached" page pops up.

I hope this helps.
