When selecting any of the links under "Geogebra Classic", the intended app appears briefly and then points to Graphing. This was the case in Chrome and Safari.

Same in Firefox.
I guess that you have to select the desired Perspective when opening GeoGebra at http://www.geogebra.org/classic
if you want them to work correctly, for the time being.
