I'm not very sure about the automatic translation. If you are asking if you can use a third party software to enter equations in GeoGebra, the answer is no, unless you use Graspable Math and GeoGebra together, then you can drag equations from Graspable Math into GeoGebra and vice-versa (with some limitations).
And anyway direct input in GeoGebra is much more straightforward and intuitive.
You can try them together in GeoGebra Notes. Click here for a short Tutorial of GeoGebra Notes.
Thanks a lot.
It is very convenient to input math symbols in Geogebra. So I search for a third party input method looks like the input method in Geogebra. (It is very excellent)

I think your input method is very beautiful and useful👍👍👍
I download a lot method and I get nothing. So I ask if there is "Geogebra input method"
If you are using version 6, or the apps, you can use the virtual keyboard to enter special symbols.
If you are using version 5, at the end of the input bar there is an icon labeled as "alpha" that shows a panel containing the most used special symbols.
A list of predefined functions and operators, and the related shortcuts is here.
For Booleans operators and operations, see here.

Yes there is :)
It's very new - here's an example:
