file wont save

New

The file won't save, even if im logged in. It just says saving and doesnt finish.

It tried for the past 2 weeks. I think it is a geogebra bug and I'm not happy about their basic functions of the app.

Thanks for the answer! I thought it would be necessary to first save and then download it. Due to the names: "save" ... "download" ... Next time, I will try to download it. The lack of a "save > local" option is, for me, a little confusing.

Hi,

I uninstalled geogebra and did a new download and installation. I remade everything and, again, did not save.

I tried to download, as suggested. You can see in attached video what occurred:

option save as ggb: does not open file dialog;

png and html options: file dialog opens, but don't save.

My class shall send me files on Itslearning, but they cant find files on their computers after we reinstalled Classic 6. If we ues Classic 5 there is no problem with saving files.
