Not a Problem
OS : linux xubuntu 16.04
geogebra version : 5.0.243.0-3D
File -> export -> graphic view to clipboard
menu does work well
but
File -> export -> graphic view as picture (png, esp)
"clipboard" button in "export as picture" dialog box does not work
The same problem 
Ok in Windows 7 - same ggb version
What do you mean by "doesn't work"? What program(s) have you tried pasting into?
I have just tried with gimp 2.8, mypaint, libreoffice draw
In mypaint, status line say "clipboard does not contain an image"
In gimp, just nothing happened
Only in libreoffice draw, worked well
But all three program above worked well with "File -> export -> graphic view to clipboard" menu

I wonder how could all three programs work well with "File -> export -> graphic view to clipboard" menu.
isn't it same clipboard function ?
