Export as webpage

Can we export a ggb file as a html file without the menu, toolbar, and input bar? My teachers get scared when they see items that they will not be using. For example, in the attached image, it would be good for the teacher to see only the content rather than the items in the red boxes.

If you upload a ggb file to the GeoGebra platform (Export html in GG5 and just Save in GG6 and the apps) the file will show as an applet without the Toolbar and the Inputbar as standard. I guess that's ho you want it.

These features will only appear online if you check them as additional features if you check them in the Advanced Settings beneath the applet. See the tutorial https://www.geogebra.org/m/rgecrznx Learn how to use Resources -> Create Resources -> GG Applets.

Hi Chris,

Are you referring to the attached view? If so, there is a possibility that teachers will click Create Class or any of the content boxed in red. Is there a way that they are not visible?

You can use the embed link (intended for iframes)

In your attached view click in the upperright corner on the icon with the three dots and select Edit worksheet. Then move your mouse to the top of the applet to see the bar with the edit option (the pencil icon). Now you see the option Advanced Settings beneath the applet to open them. In these Settings you can set the options for Input bar and Toolbar.

@Michael Borcherds and @ccambre,

Thanks for your replies. I tried using Michael's suggestion.

<!DOCTYPE html>

<html>

<body>

<iframe src="https://www.geogebra.org/cl...; width="800" height="600" allowfullscreen style="border: 1px solid #e4e4e4;border-radius: 4px;" frameborder="0"></iframe>

</body>

</html>

The activity opens initially, which is what I need. However, immediately the GGB app opens and a comment reads 'Opening file failed.' Please advise where I am making a mistake.

Hi Michael, Yes, changing to Shared with Link allowed the embed function to work.

I was also able to use the Customize Toolbar to remove the tools. However, I am not able to remove the Menu items. I find that the file you shared does not have the Menu items. Could you please help me with removing the Menu, Formatting, and Search tools?
