expand script command "slider" in the exist parameter "Animating" (param No 8)

now the value of parameter "Animating"can be: {false || true}
Wish: {false || true || 1 || 2 || 3 || 4}
- default = false (as before)
- false = oscillating and animating off
- true = oscillating and animating on
- 1= oscillating and animating off
- 2 = increasing and animating off
- 3 = decreasing and animating off
- 4 = increasing once and animating off
