Error 403: AccessDenied for thumbnail png file

Hi,
I am embedding applets using this method:

But I keep getting an error of a missing thumbnail for the applet when I add the option:
"playButton": true
Error says in Safari Mac latest OS: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

In other page of the same site, it works fine:

Am I doing something wrong?

No puedo ayudar mucho porque tengo windows y todo parece funcionar bien
enredando con los códigos del png que aparecen en console me ha parecido que el problema es con la miniatura que se muestra mientras la carga del applet. Puedes probar a cambiar la miniatura del applet a ver si fue un problema al subirlos

tambien he visto que debajo de (5) pone teh en lugar de the
y en (7) pone x^2 donde debe poner x^3
