Under Consideration
Hi,
Are there any plans to allow the nice Equation Editor to be used in an Input Box? I rarely allow students access to the input bar in any of the worksheets I create, but the equation editor is so visual that it is much easier for students to follow what they are actually entering, rather than having to fathom stuff like (x+2)^2 / (x+5) and worry about order of operations and what is and isn't part of the denominator, etc. It would be great if we could incorporate that same wonderfulness into the Input Box and I think, apart from the odd quirk with brackets, this is a much more user-friendly way of accepting student input.
