Duplicate/Copy and Paste not working

Solved

Hi, I'm new to GeoGebra and loving it. However, when I select a set of objects in my drawing then select Duplicate, all it duplicates is a single point. When I use Control-C and Control-V I get the same result. I've attached an image of my drawing. The objects I'm selecting to copy is the circle and the attached line segments that make up the rectangle and the triangles. I'm not selecting the text boxes or the triangle on the right. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

it is not possible to select and copy xAxis, so point(xAxis) neither

define the points in xAxis with another definition ie: E=(x(F),0)

Of course I cannot examine the file itself since you sent a picture and no file. Please control in the properties if all the objects you want to copy and paste are selectable (Advanced tab). I just controled the feature in Classic 5 and 6, and selecting objects by rightclicking, drawing a selection area, copying and pasting worked fine.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I didn't realize I could download this as a Geogebra file, I've attached that. All of the objects are selectable, but copy and paste / duplicate still don't work. Thanks for any other suggestions you might offer.

In GG5 there's for our file there's no problem creating a selection rectangle while rightclicking followed by copy and paste. While, as mathmagic remarked something strange happens. A copy of the GG window is created and pasted instead of the selected rectangle and not all segments are copied.

So I think I'd better mark this as a problem, rather than a question

Thank you! That solved it. I'm working with GeoGebra online, I'm not sure if that's GG5 or GG6. One other problem appeared as I updated those definitions: the point that is now labeled "M" should be labeled "C". However, it won't let me change the name of the point, or give it a caption. I've attached an updated file that shows that problem. Can you suggest what I'm doing wrong?

C is under M. Hide M or rename M to C and hide the old C

Thanks! Learning one step at a time ...

In GG5 there's no problem. In GG6 even with a simple try without the axis feature the same copying of the window happens after creating a selection rectangle

Is there another procedure or is there something wrong?

OK now in GG6 too.
