drawing a rectangle

Is there a key shortcut for making sure the sides are perfectly horizontal and vertical? I do not want the rect. to have slanted sides. Please see attached. Trying to superimpose a rectangle on Mona Lisa portrait.

GeoGebra is not a drawing software. Every object has an equation, and vice versa.

So, in order to build a rectangle you must use either correct points coordinates in the Graphing View, or build it using the geometry tools, like Parallel line and Perpendicular line.
