So, what I am looking for is a method or a macro with which I can force to draw a circle line manually. I would use a center, from which a fixed line is pointing towards the potential circle line (radius). Then the macro would force the software to draw a line, similar to how a compass draws a circle manually.
Is there a method to do this? Also possibly to have the radius manually change during the process of drawing a circle (I am aware that this wouldn't be a circle anymore, but it's useful for demonstration purposes)

I would use a slider and a point with trace on that's rotated along with the moving slider. You can animate it with a script in a button. See file added.
