I have a Geogebra account, but when I download a ggb file to save it locally, it produces a file with 0 bytes. Ive been unsuccessful thus far downloading any ggb files with any size. Ive tried over 50 times. Please help, this is now affecting my grade in the class because it doesnt work.

For me downloading is not a problem, so definitly you did something wrong and the question of course is what. So we have to know more about what you did. Did you try to download a public file of someone else and what steps did you take? Or did you try to save a GG6 or app file locally on your computer. Pleas help us to solve your problem provideing more information.
