Disable Resizing of Graphics Window?

Is there a way to disable graphics window resizing? We have several apps involving multiple graphics windows, and do not want the users to be able to select the graphcs window separators, or resize the windows.

Here are some examples:

Is there a way to disable the resizing so users can't adjust the window sizes?

You seem to have done that successfully for the first one ("Enable right click and keyboard editing" is unchecked)

The borders are still "clickable", however, and turn blue if you click on them. Can this be disabled?

Note: the "enable Right click and keyboard editing" was not checked on any of the apps. However, when I went back and edited the apps, and clicked on one of the other options, saved, then edited again, and turned all options off, the windows did not resize anymore.

This is a workaround for making the windows stay the same size, which is great. However, I'm also wondering if there is a way to make the borders non "clickable", so nothing happens if a user clicks on a border.
