Difference between downloaded applet and geogebra.org (fullscreen button)?

Hi,
thank you very much for the fullscreen button on geogebra.org! I've been waiting for this since years. In the meantime I did my own fullscreen button and Javascript implementation, which somehow disappeared (is JavaScript from the Materials not automatically executed anymore?).
Unfortunately the new fullscreen mode does not always behave exactly as I would like it (some text is cut away, I had special routines to adjust to aspect ratio), so I downloaded the applet to investigate and to interact with the new fullscreen mode, but download gives me another version? My fullscreen button is back and working, but the GeoGebra one is gone.
Does someone has an explanation?

the applet seems work well for me
