Delete/Remove an object created with "Object" command

Hi


I created a duplicate of the ABC triangle with the "Object" command.

eg: t1 = Polygon (A, B, C)

and a copy of the t1 polygon

t2 = object ("t1")

How can I delete polygon t2 ?

there is a bug

if you select t2 and delete it the object t2 is deleted but it continues in algebra view and tips

a curiosity: if you select the attach tool and click on the triangle then it is deleted 'really' in ver 5

in ver 6 is cloned again

The Object() command is tricky... what are you using it for?

Sorry for the late answer. I wanted to use Object() command to duplicate an object then change color, fillig and thickness for highlighting and then delete the copy object. I gave up this idea ... Now I try with CopyFreeObject

Unfortunately in Geogebra 5.0.398.0-d CopyFreeObject command not work for polygons ...

CopyFreeObject[faceBCV] return an number not an object. Now I gave up ...

This is not a solution for faces of pyramid,etc.

Object command not work. CopyFreeObject not work.

What command for duplicate object is OK ?

I know that but I do not need the whole pyramid...

I want to copy one face, highlight it and then delete it. That's all.

Until now I have solved the problem by memorizing the initial attributes for object (color, thickness, filling) then change attributes and finally bring the object to the initial attributes. And all this with few scripts.

I hope to find a more elegant solution.

I do not have hardware for Geogebra 6 and for me this is not a solution.

The names of subobjects (a,b,c) of a parent object (d1) can only be queried in XML with JS.

It is possible to see the subobjects in the construction protocol but with a script the names cannot be queried.

Example XML for a Polygon with 3 (generated) sides;
