The same problem 
Yes, I see it. It happens both in v.5 and v.6 Classic.
After entering the function it's not possible to see it plotted in Graphics View, and no visibility marble is displayed next to it in the CAS cell.
It's possible to define the same function in Algebra View, though.

Is this possible to fix? We use CAS a lot, and it is quite strange to teach students that if the function contains pi, then they must define the function in algebra view.
