Custom tool with circle inputs

Regular tools allow for circles as inputs. I cannot get custom tools to allow circles as inputs. I am always forced to use the two points used to create the circle. If there is something I am missing it would helpful to correct my misunderstanding. If not it, would be very nice to fix custom tools to allow circle inputs like regular tools do.

the inputs of a custom tool must be (usually) a free object. Begin defining ie c:(x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=9 and the other necessary free initial objects for input, then create the output and the tool

all free ancestors of the output are an input object

I was trying to create a radical center tool. My problem was that I supposed that GeoGebra could sort out the center point on its own. To make it work, I hid the center and made a circle center tool. When I use the centers from the circle center tool to construct the radical center, using the original circles worked. So it was a matter of dependency. I assumed that GeoGebra could work backward and sort out the center from the original circle tool. Thanks for your response.
