Not a Problem
(I'm using GeoGebra classic web app)
I made a custom tool with inputs A, B, C (three points ) and output is a convex angle between vectors BA and BC.
When I use this tool it just makes the correct angle (I can see it in algebra view ), but it can't show the angle (arc and label of the angle) in Graphics window (drawing surface).

In the meantime, I solved the problem but with redefining the tool. The definition of the tool which works is attached.
