Curve for a locus of four bar linkage

Needs Answer

Hello,

I am an engineering student and I need help with determining the function for the input-output curve of the 4R linkage seen in the picture. The IO curve (the orange curve) is given by the locus function and its definition is shown in the box on the bottom right corner of the screenshot.

I tried using the LocusEquation function but whatever I put as the arguments I get a "invalid input" error. It may have something to do with the locus being dependent on a slider (theta)... What can I do?

Thank you in advance!

try theta in radians

Thanks for replying.

I converted degrees to radians in my settings, but still no luck. I believe the problem is that the locus is based on the slider (theta). But I do not know what else to use. I have attached the file.

I just need a way to identify the equation of the IO curves generated.
