Creating a rectified linear unit

Solved

Greetings fellow graphers,

I would love to ask if any of you can help me figure out how to create a rectified linear

unit (ReLU) function on the GeoGebra app.

I know the formula for the function is f(x) = max(0, x), meaning taking a max of zero.

I have tried this in the GeoGebra app to no avail, also tried it with Desmos, where it worked, but I don't really feel like changing to another service just for a single function. Any ideas?

creo que no entiendo correctamente pero ¿te refieres a (f(x)+g(x)+abs(f(x)-g(x)))/2 para hacer el máximo de dos funciones?

en tu caso sería (x+abs(x))/2 o if(x>0,x,0)

Thank you for that, that is the function I was looking for

f(x) = (x+abs(x))/2

Cheers!
