Creating a ggb file without using the actual apps?

Hi all

Is it possible to create a ggb file by simply writing out the code?

For instance, I’d like to be able to generate random triangles but which satisfy specific ratios of sides and angles, however I want to do it from scratch in the sense that I read point coordinates from a text file (using python or some other language) and then input that into the ggb file.

I know that I can create random point coordinates within the actual geogebra apps but I want to have more control. Does geogebra allow for this?

Thanks :)
