Hi Guys,

I have an urgent matter. I created a lot of work on GeoGebra Classic, I spent 6 hours on it.

When I tried to save the file on my computer, I clicked sign in and it couldn't sign me in.

I tried to sign in via google account and it said:

This browser or app may not be secure. Learn moreTry using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in.(see attached)

I checked everything, Chrome is the latest version, java is enabled, no adblock and i still couldn't login.

I also tried login with a GeoGebra account and it shows me a white screen(see attached)

I try uninstall Google chrome and login, same result.

At the moment I am leaving my computer on until this gets resolved.

To save the file on your computer, you don’t need to login to ggb site.

Select the menu icon, then Download as->ggb file (version6)

If Google sign in doesn’t work, please create your GeoGebra account, with a username and password, then use this one to login to GeoGebra and upload your files on your GeoGebra profile page.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, too.

I have the same problem. I can't access any of the files I saved in the cloud since the time Windows started retiring Java.d8b85d541c6072c6f46b92535474d9b8

This is the message inside the desktop version when I try to log in. So, it saved the files, presumably to my GeoGebra account in the clouds, but it can't connect to it to download the files, and the files are not in my resources.

You need to sign in with your GeoGebra login/password, not your Google login for this to work. You can add a password to your account here if you haven't already https://accounts.geogebra.org/
