Hi,

If you try to copy the visual style of an object in Graphics to an object in Graphics2, or vice versa, GG does the opposite of what you want.

Michael

...that is, if you want to copy the visual style of an object placed in EV1 to another object placed in EV2, the style of the object in EV2 is copied to the object in EV1.

This also happens in v.4.2, but the visual style copy works fine by selecting the two objects in Algebra View.

Yes, that is what I described.

Thanks, but it would be better if it worked correctly in the Graphics views.

Excuse me M_OLoughlin if I doubled your post.

Since at first glance, when reading your post, I hadn't understood what happened exactly, I tried myself and described with my words the situation (I'm not native English, as you can see, and things that are obvious for you aren't always the same for me).

I just added what happens when using the tool in Algebra View, thinking to help Mike and the crew to troubleshoot it more easily.

No doubt this has to be fixed both in EV and AV.

Hi,

thanks for report and don't wory about redundant posts :)

It was *changed* for next release (I wouldn't dare to say fixed, until it's properly tested :)).

Cheers,

Zbynek
