Another possible bug:
I write to a cell in the spreadsheet a complex number, such as 2 + 3i. In the cell appears with the letter "i" with an tilde (2 + 3í). In addition, I can not move the point to be represented graphically

Doing a search of the forum will show you that your concern that is being worked on. It does not appear to be a simple fix. IMHO, I believe that the developers are working on this with all diligence possible. Patience and additional reporting of problems in this or any other area is appreciated.

a workaround, write first in A1 = (2,3)
Then right clic on the point A1 generated
in advanced properties and algebra choose now complex number

Yes! This solution was already tried, but why not work as before version 3? Why get the letter "í " (with tilde)?

You're right, it worked correctly in version 3 and it does not work in the 4.

We've chosen a special symbol for sqrt(-1) in GeoGebra 4.0. You can type it with <Alt>i

CAS display still has problems with complex numbers.

I don't know if this is relevant to the tilde issue, but:
Once I have written t.ex "=2 + 3ί" either in a cell in the spreadsheet or just any other definition, I can't move it on graphics view.
