Colors and Numbers in Spreadsheet

I have an image that is currently in bmp format. Assume that I can read the bmp format and then have numbers.

I plan to import the numbers into the spreadsheet. Each pixel in the image corresponds to a point in Geogebra. I hope to use SetColor[ <Object>, <Red>, <Green>, <Blue> ] . The color of the point is a triple such as (153, 102, 255). The point triple is entered in graphics view using

Properties->Color. I have too many pixels to do this by hand. How can I automate the process of assigning the pixel triple to the point triple ?

I would prefer to begin with a pic file having a format that is already in Geogebra. If you know the pic format them please tell me what it is.

Once the points are in Geogebra I can change the image using various algorithms. The object is to give students an introduction to image processing. For teaching it is best to keep this as simple as possible.

I would appreciate any ideas that you have on implementing this worksheet.

Hi,

I plan to import the numbers into the spreadsheet. Each pixel in the image corresponds to a point in Geogebra. I hope to use SetColor[ <Object>, <Red>, <Green>, <Blue> ] .

CmdColor = Séquence["SetColor[A" + (i) + ",B" + (i) + " /255 ,C" + (i) + " /255,D" + (i) + " /255 ] ", i, 2, nl]

with nl = number of lines (in spreadsheet)

Then, in button "color" : script OnClic

Exécute[CmdColor]

Once the points are in Geogebra I can change the image using various algorithms. The object is to give students an introduction to image processing. For teaching it is best to keep this as simple as possible.
