Under Consideration
Anyone who has used Cabri Plus II knows that GeoGebra is influenced by this software. There is a "Fill" tool in Cabri that allows you to colorize any polygon with whatever color you want. I miss this in GeoGebra. As it is, currently you have to use the polygon tool in GeoGebra to colorize the central part (area) of a polygon.

I agree; few times I had to colorize intersection of two ellipses; it is extremely hard in geogebra.
Doing intersections of ellipses, hyperbolas and polygons are not too difficult with current tools, change opacity or hatching...

However, the intersection of curves is much more difficult, it this picture I only wanted to colorize only the region that contained to point A. All other regions I wanted blank. I do not know exactly how to do that and a novice would never have gotten as far as I have...
A paint bucket (fill tool) would be a nice feature...users, be aware if there is the slightest hole in the lines that bound the area to be colored, there will be leakage of color...

Nice workaround, but too much for a novice...IMHO
