Can't sign in! No confirmation email

Solved

I created a new account today but unfortunately she did not receive any confirmation email so she can not sign in. Followed all instructions, waited 15 minutes, checked spam, asked for a new email. Nothing works. Any help appreciated

Yesterday I gave an online teacher training and in the chat several times the same remark appeared. Sidestepping the teachers had to try out other options like microsoft or facebook log ins to participate.
