cannot type in input when I have uses alt and tab to change window

OFFLINE:
I have tried it on a colleagues computer. If she changes the window without using the alt + tab shortcut, she has no problem
BUT when she used the shortcut, it is not possible to type in the algebra window
ONLINE:
since the last time I have created an account to store my work online and now I have the input problem again, when I have changes windows with the shortcut
