Cannot export to svg with LaTeX text after recent upgrade

New

I just upgraded my Debian Linux version of the geogebra package: geogebra5:amd64 5.0.74.0-39384 -> 5.0.79.0-39548. The previous version was perfectly capable of exporting a GeoGebra file containing a LaTeX piece of text as an svg (with "Export text as shapes" selected), whereas the new version is no longer capable of doing so. The terminal records the following messages:

    18:11:49.425 DEBUG: javax.swing.JMenu.fireMenuSelected[-1]: Menu opening: class geogebra.gui.i.q

    18:11:57.375 DEBUG: javax.swing.JMenu.fireMenuSelected[-1]: Menu opening: class geogebra.gui.i.q

and then the GeoGebra window says "Saving file failed".

The attached entirely trivial file exhibits this behaviour. All of the other export options work perfectly correctly.
