en la calculadora pone claramente que el seno doble de 50º es 1, además hice mis comprobaciones con la fórmula, pero en geogebra sale que es -0.51.

First:
There is a difference between sin(100) and sin(100°).
Without the °-symbol, GeoGebra interprets the number as radiant.
Second:
There are three popular units for an angle - degree, radiant and gon
A circle has 360° (degree unit), 2π (radiant unit) and 400 "gon"
So I suppose, if your calculator shows "sin(100)=1", that he interprets the "100" as "100 gon" and that will be true, because 100 gon = 90° = π/2
Presumably you can change the unit for angles.
