Calculating when two angles / objects will cross around a circle

I'm trying to calculate, solve, animate, and show all the angles at which two objects that travel around a circle will meet A' (green line) and A_1(red line). I found a ggb file that works well but it's not using an equation to calculate the data. Does someone know the best way to adjust the ggb file to show the equation that does this?


Basically it's a a train problem below but using a joined circle.

CSolve(exp( ί *(1.5*w+Angle(C)))=exp( -ί *w),w)
